Standard Residential Service Rates

Our community's water meters are read each month. Water bills are mailed to all customers on the last business day of the month. Water bills are due in full by the 15th of the following month. A $5.00 late fee is assessed to all accounts paid after the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or a holiday, the bill is not considered late until the following business day. Bill reminders are mailed after the due date of each month to all accounts with a past due balance. Delinquent accounts are disconnected if not paid by due date on the bill reminder. A $30 fee is assessed to restore water utility service during normal business hours.
